provide us with payment and delivery details.
CURRENCY
All amounts listed on website are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
SHIPPING & COSTS
A $9.50 delivery charge is added to every order for
delivery within Australia. All orders will be sent via
Australia Post with the exception of orders that exceed
Australia Post’s size and weight requirements. In the event
that a parcel can’t be sent with Australia Post we will use
a courier service.
We are unable to process orders for delivery outside of
Australia on this website. For international order please
call our office on +61 3 9338 1955 so that we can provide
you with a freight quote.
DELIVERY
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please
allow 2-7 working days for East Coast deliveries and 5-14
day for Western Australia and the Northern Territory. For
more accurate delivery times please call our office on 03 9338 1955.
If we unable to supply your order we will contact you
within 2 business days to notify you. We will let you know
when we can supply your order or offer you a full refund.
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return
it for a refund or exchange you must:
- Return the item/s to us within 7 days of delivery
- Pay for the cost of postage to your address and back to
our warehouse
- The item and its packaging must not be damaged
DAMAGES
If your purchase is damaged in transit please contact us
immediately. We will arrange for the damaged item to be
collected and replacement item to be sent. You must contact
us within 5 days of the item being delivered or your claim
may not be recognised. |
